The cougar moves so quietly that you might never hear it coming, but its golden green eyes see everything. When I first saw the face of this cougar, I felt amazed—it looked so strong, yet so calm, so sure of itself.
My inspiration of painting this cougar, was that it reminded me to trust myself. To move through life with quiet confidence.
This painting is my way of sharing that feeling, so you can look into its eyes and feel the same awe and confidence I did.
