Have you had this kind of ‘insta-smile’ moment?
When I woke up this morning, I took Koda, our little black goldendoodle, outside to do her business. (Pet families, you know the routine!)
There was a crisp nip in the air, yet as I stood there, I found I had one of those “just breathe” moments…
I heard geese honking as they flew overhead, and as I looked up, I saw a few were clearly still learning, wobbling out of line. I couldn’t help but smile!
These tiny pauses in the day, the ones that make you stop in the moment, calm your breathing and smile without even trying, are what inspire my artwork. If a painting of mine ever gives you that same feeling, then we’re kindred spirits.
So thank you, truly, for being here, for following along on my journey, and for letting my art be part of your world in whatever way it touches you.
